It’s the start of another week, leaving mistakes made in the past. A fresh take on goals and a chance for a better mindset.
Last week saw a few slipups for me, where my fitness is concerned. Taking a moment to reflect on everything this morning, before starting the new week!
Coffee. Black. βοΈ
For me right now, there is no other way to take it. That first sip of coffee in the morning just hits differently when itβs not combined with milk and sugar and made to be a βsweet treatβ!

A very interesting read (listen) which has made me contemplate where I focus my fitness and health efforts. Looking far more into strength training and the possibility of utilising fasting.
Definitely a book that deserves more than one pass. Will be picking this one up again, along with some extensive note taking!

Awful sleep last night, so no ParkRun for me this morningβ¦ will need to make up for that tomorrow π
βοΈ Half way through January and I am 5.1lbs down from my starting weight! Very happy with the loss so far, look out for progress pictures on February 1st!
